Metric Search have partnered with a world-leading Generative AI organization seeking to disrupt enterprise search & documentation tasks.
As part of their continued growth they are seeking to hire an ML Engineering Research Manager who will be responsible for leading the research and development of state-of-the-art Generative AI & natural language processing methods & approaches to develop solutions that will support automated documentation analysis, sorting, data extraction/summation & new language generation.
The ideal candidate would have experience with the following:
- 10+ years experience focused on the research, design & deployment of natural language processing models (NLP), large language models (LLMs) and Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques
- Experience designing transformer-based models (BERT, T5, GPT, XLNET)
- Experience with common NLP tools (Gensim, SpaCy, NLTK, Hugging Face)
- Proven track record in NLP & Deep Learning ideally with publications in top tier conferences (ICML, ICLR, NeurIPS)
